    Too bad there's no Tech Support here...

    Any Savvy Site Users out there to Help? 

    Well, I have never written a blog before--I'm too busy a person to keep up a blog!  But now I am writing to it out of desperation:  I'm having a problem with the site and there's no Tech Support!  When I click on "help" all I get is a totally useless FAQ that addresses nothing of use to me;  and the box "Covenspace Help Desk" is not clickable!

    Definitely an amateur site. Oh, well.  It's better than nothing.

     The problem I'm having is that  one of my groups--Kissed 45 Goodbye--isn't showing up in my Groups list.  But the group's page does have a link I can click to leave the group. 

    Finally, the group Ancient Greeks does show up in my list, but without a "view group" link that the others have. I can go to the group by clicking on their picture in my groups list, though.

    The only way I get to see all my groups is to go to the "manage groups" page.  Fortunately, they do all show up there.

    Any idea why this is the case?

    When you signed up, you received a welcome message stating very clearly that any problems or questions should be sent to Pythia, as I am the owner of the site.

    Just because the FAQ doesn't address your question, doesn't mean it's useless.

    Of course it's an amateur site. You were expecting some sort of corporate enterprise?

    Finally, try to make any future request without the insults if you want any assistance. Having a couple of missing links is hardly worth getting upset over.
